If you take the Suez it will probably be destroyed and it takes forever to rebuild. Now you need to get your troops to Japanese territory somehow. You may want to attack Greece and take their coastline as well. Grab as many coastal provinces as you can so you can get your first dockyards to build convoys.
Annex Hungary ASAP then wait until war breaks out before attacking Yugoslavia. Go fascist through the civil war route and join the Axis so Germany won't kill you. Go fascist and join the Axis, then invade Australia from Japanese territory when they join the war.
